What is VeyroMD?
VeyroMD is a physician-led telehealth clinic for men in Alberta. We connect you with licensed physicians who assess, prescribe and manage treatment for testosterone, erectile dysfunction, weight loss and hair loss, entirely online.
How do I get started?
Take our three-minute online assessment. If you’re a likely candidate, you can start your Care Plan and book your consultation right away. For ED, hair loss and weight loss, your first payment covers a first consultation and the first month of your Care Plan. If anything needs a closer look, you can book a free physician review first.
Who are the physicians?
Every VeyroMD patient is cared for by an experienced physician licensed in Alberta, supported by a dedicated clinical team.
Where is VeyroMD available?
VeyroMD currently serves patients in Alberta. We’re expanding across Canada. Choose your province in the assessment and we’ll let you know when we launch near you.
Do I need to visit a clinic?
No. Consultations happen online. Some treatments need bloodwork, which you complete at a nearby lab (free for TRT patients).
Treatments
Which treatments do you offer?
Testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction treatment, GLP-1 medical weight loss and hair loss treatment.
Will I definitely be prescribed medication?
Not necessarily. Your physician prescribes only when treatment is safe and appropriate for you. If it isn’t, they will explain why and what to consider next.
Can I be treated for more than one condition?
Yes. Your physician can manage more than one treatment and make sure they work safely alongside each other.
Where do medications come from?
Prescriptions are filled by licensed Canadian pharmacies and shipped directly to you.
Pricing & billing
Do I need insurance?
You don’t need private insurance, but you do need a valid Canadian health card. The VeyroMD Care Plan is self-pay, with clear prices up front and no surprise bills. Some private health plans may reimburse eligible expenses, so check with your provider.
What does my Care Plan include?
Physician consultations, follow-up care, unlimited messaging with your care team and discreet delivery to your home (plus free bloodwork for TRT patients). For TRT, the VeyroMD Care Plan includes your initial consultation for bloodwork, then your prescription consultation and plan, and ongoing care, and Care Plan Unlimited includes unlimited consultations. Medication, if prescribed, is billed separately at pharmacy cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again.
How am I billed?
TRT plans are billed every 3 months. ED, hair loss and weight loss begin with one payment that covers your first consultation and the first month of your Care Plan, which is then billed monthly. You’ll see your exact price after your assessment, before you are charged.
Privacy & delivery
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health information is protected under Alberta and Canadian privacy laws and is only shared with the clinicians, lab and pharmacy involved in your care.
How is my order packaged?
In plain, discreet packaging with no mention of what’s inside.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within a few business days of your prescription being approved.
Can I message my care team?
Yes, as often as you need. Your clinical team usually replies within one business day.
